However if due to any unfortunate experience you want to return the product then the following terms for Zyraa Fashion returns and cancellations apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We assure you that all the products sold on Zyrafashion.com  are brand new and 100% genuine.

We take strictly ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • There might be a manufacturing defect.
  • That a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Zyraa Fashion Return Policy For Item For the above three conditions:

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. Please ensure that product is in unused and is in original condition. It is important that you save all packing materials (price tags, labels, original packing and invoice) as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed.

For returning an order, you can send us an email at support@zyrafashion.com with your order number in the subject and will contact you within 2-3 days. Note that we do not provide pickup for any delivery in India via any courier company. To return you need to courier us back the parcel at your own cost.  Also, the shipping and the cost for international deliveries is also to be borne by the customer. So, what happens when you contact us for the return?

  • We have to send us the product.
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse in Delhi, we will inform you of the same. It usually takes around 5-7 days.
  • After confirmation, if you requested a replacement, we would express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • If the original ordered item is no longer available, then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
  • If you do not want any alternate item then you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with you.

Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns

  • Always email us first if you have a problem on support@zyrafashion.com  along with a picture(s) highlighting the problem.
  • You can return the product within 7 days after delivery for any reason.
  • No return requests would be entertained after 7 days in that case.
  • Returns of the damaged product must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.  For example, you found that the dupatta had a defect. Mail that to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. No requests after that would be taken. 
  • Items sent in the damaged or incomplete state will not be refunded. For example, you told us you didn’t like the product, and you’re sending it back. We will expect the complete package with every piece intact. It should be like that. 
  • Incomplete items won’t be accepted for returns. For example, you got a suit with a damaged dupatta. To process return or replacement, you’ll have to send the complete product back, not only dupatta. You’ll need to mention what’s damaged and we will happily return it. But if we receive a product which has the damage elsewhere than dupatta, say you didn’t send the kameez or sent a different kameez or sent a damaged kameez, no refund will be given in that case.
  • Always be sure to report your problem within 48 hours of receiving the item in question
  • Never send back a item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such articles.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
  • Always return your items using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization mail.
  • Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the client.
  • Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
  • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
  • Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale and declare a low nominal value.

Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

Zyraa Fashion firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.

It is practically impossible for Zyraa Fashion to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Zyraa Fashion is aware of this genuine problem.

While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following –

  • Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
  • Many a times green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with offwhite, white and cream colors.
  • Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
  • Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
  • Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.

Beads and Sequences Missing or Coming off

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.

Some FAQs on Zyraa Fashion Return Policy

  1. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the replacement shipment. If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

2. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.

3. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

4. When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame(i.e. after 7 days from date of delivery)
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.

5. When are Refunds provided?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe. Refunds are issued when

  • We cannot provide replacement.
  • In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour .

6. I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

7. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

8. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If you already got the tracking code, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Zyraa Fashion

9. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Mode of refund:

  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order Zyraa Fashion will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
